Wrapped in Prayer
Shawls and Blankets
In the past, our Ministry has made over 200 prayer items - wraps, scarves, blankets, and hats. The response from those who have received one is that of true blessing.
You don't need to know how to crochet or knit. We have ladies who are willing to teach if you want to learn.

Oh my goodness!
A couple months ago I started praying for a way a ministry called Wrapped In Prayer through St. Mark's Church could further outreach in our community.
Like a pillow, answered prayers were literally placed in my lap but I need your help!
That's right, I'm already being needy being on bedrest but this isn't about me!
This incredible family that we have been so immensely blessed to intertwine with is getting certified to be a foster family serving our community in one seriously enormous way with Circles of Care.
Did you know there are OVER 420 kids just in the coastal bend WAITING for foster placement? Yes, horrific! So many, many kids!
Wrapped In Prayer needs funding to buy more anti-pill fleece and yarn to make blankets that will be blessed and prayed over so these foster kids have something to call their very own showing them how loved, special, important and wonderfully made they are!!!
In the past, a very generous gift card for $250 allowed the purchase of enough fleece and yarn to make 28 blankets. With of sales, each blanket cost a little less than $9 each, which is great since the yarn is $3.99 a skein and the fabric is regularly $12.99 a yard.
With your help, we can do so much more!
Monetary donations specific to Wrapped in Prayer through St. Mark's will be able to receive a tax deduction receipt. Gift cards to Joann's and Hobby Lobby, donations of 1-1/2 yards anti-pill fleece and skeins of yard are also greatly appreciated!
